United Living were appointed to undertake internal and external works to 19 blocks on the Glamis Estate, East London. The estate contains a mix of low/medium/high rise blocks, with Gordon House the tallest at nineteen storeys.
The scope of works include:
Balcony and walkway repairs;
Door entry system;
Communal area improvements;
Improvement of block security and entrances to blocks;
Renewal of glazed curtain walling;
Mechanical and electrical works to landlord’s services including lighting, rising & lateral mains.
